Sophie Maréchal

Sophie joined Delphine Jaafar’s team as an associate in October 2024 after an already extremely rich career.

She holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s in Public Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.

She worked as a hospital director for 7 years after passing the competitive entrance exam for the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique (EHESP) and completing the training course in Rennes.

After this first solid professional experience in healthcare establishments, Sophie decided to join the legal profession and joined the Paris Bar Training School (EFB) and the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA) in 2023.

Sophie has extensive expertise in public health law, as well as in the law governing health establishments and companies, which enables her to work in particular on the legal structuring of all projects in the health sector.

She provides both advisory and litigation services.
