Arthur Fabre

« I work as a lawyer much as one would savour a good wine: with seriousness and passion. Fond of good things, I also like to devour graphic novels by Alan Moore and Frank Miller. A way to keep my mind open and free ».

Arthur Fabre joined Bernard Vatier’s team as associate in February 2013.

Arthur mainly works on collective proceedings, both in the interest of directors and liquidators and for those of creditors and co-contractors.

He regularly pleads in this capacity before the French civil and commercial courts.

Arthur has also developed specific expertise in criminal business law (bankruptcy, abuse of corporate assets, fraud, corruption) in the interest of defendants and civil parties.

Arthur runs a litigation module for students of Master II Business Law at the University of Paris V Rene Descartes, led by Mrs. Isabelle Urbain-Parléani.

Arthur is a member of the Law & Procedure Association and the Cercle des Auvergnats de Paris.
