We assist companies from their incorporation to their winding-up, by dealing with their day-to-day corporate issues, as well as their restructuring operations, diversification of activities, and their internal (development of new activities, incorporation of subsidiaries, etc.) and external growth (acquisition of companies in France and abroad).

We assist our clients in all phases of their corporate and M&A issues: upstream thinking, preparation of transactions, due diligence, negotiation of preliminary agreements, drafting of all contractual documentation, and negotiation and support of our clients until the completion of the transaction (then post-closing follow-up and advice).

Our pragmatic approach is resolutely focused on operational solutions. Our firm has moved to a new address.

We have left 41 Avenue de Friedland and moved to 39 Avenue Victor Hugo (Paris 16tharrondissement) … just a short hop around the Arc de Triomphe.

A few boxes, impromptu coffee breaks between client matters, plenty of logistics – and, above all, a real sense of excitement.
