Arbitration and Criminal business law

Our expertise

Arbitration has long been a hallmark of our firm. Bernard Vatier has been acting as arbitrator or as counsel to the parties in domestic and international arbitration for over 35 years. As counsel to the parties, he is involved in proceedings to set aside awards. Given his experience, he is also called upon to give legal opinions on arbitration law.

Our Business Criminal Law team defends companies and their directors in areas such as employment law, health law, financial criminal law and interference offences.

It is also involved in bringing criminal proceedings and monitoring the filing of civil claims in company law and common law matters.

As international law plays an increasingly important role in criminal law, our team’s international experience is particularly useful in an area that is constantly being updated by international conventions and the case law of international courts.
