Partner

Delphine Jaafar leads our Health team.

Delphine’s practice focuses on providing legal support to all public and private players and operators in the healthcare sector: healthcare establishments and companies, manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, healthcare professionals and manufacturers …

With a background in public law and 20 years’ experience of the regulatory, economic and technological environment in the healthcare sector, she provides advice, litigation and training.

It is involved in complex projects and/or operations, devoting part of its activity to supporting operators in the structuring and/or restructuring of their offering(s) in the healthcare activities and products market.

Delphine positioned itself very early on in the field of digital health, laying the foundations for new contractual architectures in this area.

A former “Secrétaire de la Conférence” of the Paris Bar, she has benefited from excellent training in criminal law, which she has put to good use for her clients in the healthcare sector.

One of the cornerstones of its professional activity is its international outlook, which is why it has set up an Africa Desk dedicated to health law, based on a number of partnerships with six law firms in Abidjan, Bamako, Lomé, Luanda, Niamey and Yaoundé.

Delphine joined the Vatier law firm in May 2017. She was previously a partner at the law firm Bismuth (Paris/Lyon) (2014) and previously  a partner at Cabinet Ricard Demeure & Associés (2010), now Enjea Avocats. Delphine began her career by joining the law firm Dupichot Lagarde Bothorel & Associés while also being partly seconded to the legal department of the Centre National de l’Expertise Hospitalière (CNEH) working with Ms Claude Bergoignan Esper.
