Antoine de Swardt joined the team of Ludovic Gayral as an associate in November 2023.
With a Master 2 in Insurance Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in Health Law from the University of Paris V Descartes, Antoine has acquired cross-disciplinary skills in both of these areas.
He specialises in health law, criminal law, insurance law and contract law, both as an adviser and in litigation.
Antoine appears before the French civil, commercial, administrative and criminal courts.
