His expertise in dealing with insolvency cases has led him to take charge of major business turnarounds.
In arbitration matters, he acts as counsel and arbitrator.
The nature of its commitments in the field of professional policy is part of a rich international activity where its practice and experience are recognised.
He has taught company law and financial criminal law at ESSEC business school.
Our firm has moved to a new address.
We have left 41 Avenue de Friedland and moved to 39 Avenue Victor Hugo (Paris 16tharrondissement) … just a short hop around the Arc de Triomphe.
A few boxes, impromptu coffee breaks between client matters, plenty of logistics – and, above all, a real sense of excitement.
