Dominique Doise co-leads our Banking & Insurance team with Ludovic Gayral and Valérie Mayer.
His ability to understand the purpose of banking transactions and to grasp the risk-analysis dimension of the banking profession enable him to approach issues with a global vision that goes beyond the legal framework.
The firm’s practice, which is mainly focused on French and foreign credit institutions, is balanced between litigation and advisory services:
Dominique is also active in the field of general commercial litigation, both judicial and arbitral.
Dominique joined Vatier in January 2020. He previously practised with the law firms Slaughter & May, ASA, Alérion, of which he was a founder, and Adamas.
Our firm has moved to a new address.
We have left 41 Avenue de Friedland and moved to 39 Avenue Victor Hugo (Paris 16tharrondissement) … just a short hop around the Arc de Triomphe.
A few boxes, impromptu coffee breaks between client matters, plenty of logistics – and, above all, a real sense of excitement.
This move represents a new step in Vatier’s development. Our new offices will provide a refreshed working environment and allow us to continue welcoming our clients and partners in the best possible conditions.
The entire team is delighted to begin this new chapter.
A new address, but the same availability, commitment and high standards in supporting our clients’ projects and protecting their interests.
