Amélie Vatier leads our Real Estate team.

Amélie specializes in construction law, commercial and residential leases, and joint ownership.

In each of these areas:

• She assists clients with the drafting of contracts and mandates, and has also developed strong expertise in commercial and residential leasing law. She is also involved in the audit phase of acquisitions of companies owning real estate assets.
• She also represents clients in all types of proceedings. Construction law plays a major role in her practice. She assists clients both in the preliminary phases (preventive interim injunctions) and during construction, as well as in all disputes arising after hand-over.

Amélie’s customers include both private operators (construction financiers, banks, developer-builders, land developers, social landlords, property developers, project managers, property managers, associations) and public (local authorities, public institutions) or semi-public (semi-public companies) entities involved in setting up complex construction and development projects.

Amélie previously worked at Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés (LPA) and Fischer, Tandeau de Marsac, Sur Associés (FTMS).
