Athanase joined Vatier in October 2025 as an associate working with Ludovic Gayral and Delphine Ricard.
He works in insurance litigation, commercial litigation and labour law.
After working at renowned French law firms such as Bignon Lebray, Fiducial by Lamy, Soulier Bunch and Richelieu Avocats, Athanase joined Vatier in October 2025 to strengthen its litigation teams.
With an international background, Athanase lived in Germany and then worked in Luxembourg for an international law firm. There, he practised German and English in corporate law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
His career initially led him to develop skills in corporate law and contract law. He now works on insurance law and business law cases (breach of contract, companies in difficulty, disputes between partners). He also works in labour law, where he devotes a significant part of his practice to labour court litigation.
Athanase regularly pleads before civil, commercial and labour courts.
Our firm has moved to a new address.
We have left 41 Avenue de Friedland and moved to 39 Avenue Victor Hugo (Paris 16tharrondissement) … just a short hop around the Arc de Triomphe.
A few boxes, impromptu coffee breaks between client matters, plenty of logistics – and, above all, a real sense of excitement.
This move represents a new step in Vatier’s development. Our new offices will provide a refreshed working environment and allow us to continue welcoming our clients and partners in the best possible conditions.
The entire team is delighted to begin this new chapter.
A new address, but the same availability, commitment and high standards in supporting our clients’ projects and protecting their interests.
