Ludovic Gayral is head of the Banking and Insurance Department, with Valérie Mayer and Dominique Doise. He also co-leads the Restructuring and Firms in Difficulty department with Bernard Vatier.

Ludovic has developed a strong practice in the field of litigation and arbitration in business law, and more particularly in insurance law, the law of mutuality and provident institutions, banking law and law pertaining to companies in difficulty.

With several years’ experience within large international organisations (Stibbe, Simont, Monahan, Duhot & Girout, now Latham & Watkins), Ludovic is used to working in an international environment, particularly for a foreign clientele.

Ludovic is a lecturer for the Economic Law Master at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris.
