Ahmed Oukid

Associate

Ahmed Oukid joined Delphine Jaafar’s team in September 2025.

After graduating with a law degree – Parcours d’Excellence – from the Faculty of Law at Paris Cité University, he continued his studies at the Sciences Po Paris Law School, where he obtained a Master 2 in public economic law.

His experience at the Conseil d’Etat, as a legal assistant in the 8th chamber of the litigation section, gave him a detailed and practical understanding of how administrative courts work.

He then further developed his expertise at a renowned Parisian public law firm, building up a solid practice in public contract law and public officials’ law.

Alongside his professional activities, Ahmed has been involved in university teaching. He has been a tutor in constitutional history at Paris Cité University, under the supervision of Jean-Baptiste Busaall, senior lecturer.

Ahmed works with all public and private actors in the health sector, providing advice, litigation and training on complex issues relating to the law governing health establishments and companies, the law on the pricing of health activities and digital health.
