Participation of our partner Delphine Jaafar in the 2025 edition of Convention on Health Analysis and Management – CHAM

Our partner Delphine Jaafar, who heads the firm’s Health team, took part in the 16th edition of the Convention on Health Analysis and Management (CHAM). The convention is now chaired by Dr Elisabeth Hubert, former Minister of Health and Health Insurance, who succeeded Guy Vallancien, and focused on the theme: ‘Health, whatever the cost?’

A veritable laboratory of ideas, CHAM has established itself as an unmissable event for thinking about the future of our healthcare system, bringing together leaders, practitioners, researchers, innovators and public decision-makers in a setting conducive to open and stimulating exchanges.

Beyond the substantive debates and high-quality presentations, it is above all the rare experience of frank and privileged dialogue between all healthcare stakeholders that makes CHAM such a unique event.

Leaving Chamonix, our partner Delphine Jaafar is convinced that, given the immense challenges facing the sector, legal considerations can usefully contribute to these discussions. Because thinking about the healthcare of tomorrow also means thinking about the framework that makes it possible.
