Delphine Jaafar joins the Board of Directors of the French Healthcare Association

Our partner Delphine Jaafar is delighted to join the Board of Directors of the French Healthcare Association

for a two-year term following the elective general meeting held on Tuesday 9 December 2025 at Futur4Care, under the renewed chairmanship of Jean-Pierre Boffy (Steam France) and alongside Daphné Richet-Cooper (Sanofi), Vice-Chair, Alexandre Itzkowitch (Technologie Médicale), Vice-Chair, Julien Delpech (Invivox), Vice-Chair, Pascal Jung (Altercloud Conseil), Treasurer, Anaïs David (NatéoSanté), Secretary, Isabelle Vezole (Airinspace), Samuel Sancerni (DMS Group), Franck Simonet (Ellipse Projects), Christine Alard (Guerbet), Emilie Mercadal (Rofim), Fabienne Rouhier (Hôpitaux Saint-Joseph & Marie-Lannelongue), Serge Bonnetier (Foch Hospital), Simon Chassain (Enovacom), Ahmed El Moujahed (Med in Touch), Elias Oussalah (Scope & Go Consulting) and Nicolas Promé (Servier).

Delphine Jaafar joined the French Healthcare Association on its creation.

The French Healthcare Association promotes and realises the collective ambition to raise the international profile of French healthcare by bringing together all the players inthe French healthcare ecosystem.

It was an obvious choice for the firm to join such a dynamic initiative to support healthcare players. And yet, a few years ago, in 2017, joining a law firm as a member of the French Healthcare Association was not an obvious choice! The idea was bold and unexpected.

The role of legal expertise in this ecosystem has become clearer.

And eight years later, our partner Delphine Jaafar is very proud to be able to contribute even more, to enrich this network and to continue this commitment to those who are advancing healthcare, particularly the formidable teams at the French Healthcare Association: Emile Jockey, Elisabeth Arnaud-Grenier, Pauline Baudoin, Fabien Patat and Marie Benhalassa-Bury.

Vatier is on the move!

Our firm has moved to a new address.

We have left 41 Avenue de Friedland and moved to 39 Avenue Victor Hugo (Paris 16tharrondissement) … just a short hop around the Arc de Triomphe.

A few boxes, impromptu coffee breaks between client matters, plenty of logistics – and, above all, a real sense of excitement.

This move represents a new step in Vatier’s development. Our new offices will provide a refreshed working environment and allow us to continue welcoming our clients and partners in the best possible conditions.

The entire team is delighted to begin this new chapter.

A new address, but the same availability, commitment and high standards in supporting our clients’ projects and protecting their interests.
