Christine Borfiga leads our « Digital, Technologies and Commercial Contracts » team .

Christine advises French and foreign clients on the drafting and risk management of their contracts in the digital, technology and industrial fields. This includes the sale and distribution of their products, their service contracts, research and development contracts, or cooperation or licensing agreements with their customers, suppliers or other partners.

In the digital and technology field, she assists them both at the product design stage (for example, in the context of a privacy by design approach) and in their licensing contracts, cloud services, development, maintenance, hosting, etc.

She has also developed a particular expertise in the field of data centres, e-commerce and personal data protection.

As a graduate of EDHEC Business School in addition to her legal background, her dual training allows her to consider her clients’ issues in a global and pragmatic way.

She regularly advises foreign clients and is able to respond effectively to their issues.

Christine joined Vatier as a partner in January 2023. She had previously founded the law firm Astine end of 2011. Christine started her career with Bignon & Lebray beginning 1999, before joining LPA beginning of 2003, and then the Paris office of the Anglo-Saxon law firm, Gowling WLG, in 2010.
