Podcast #MUTANT(S) – The law: a brake or a lever for transformation in the world of healthcare?

Our partner, Delphine Jaafar, in charge of the Healthcare team, was the guest of Cécile Gillet-Giraud, founder of ARCHEN, in her podcast #MUTANT(S)-Season 1. This fascinating series explores the many dimensions of transformation in the healthcare sector, beyond trends and announcements.

In this episode, they discuss the place of law in the evolving world of healthcare.

👉 Is the law really a brake on transformation?

👉 Or can it become a lever for change and innovation?

As a lawyer who has specialized in supporting healthcare projects for over 20 years, Delphine Jaafar has observed a recurring trend: the law is often used to justify obstacles to change, sometimes criticizing the “excess of standards”, sometimes deploring their absence as a brake on innovation. Yet law is first and foremost a tool, and its strength lies in the way we use it to facilitate transformation.

We invite you to discover this episode about the issues, challenges and opportunities offered by the law to reinvent our healthcare system.

Vatier is on the move!

Our firm has moved to a new address.

We have left 41 Avenue de Friedland and moved to 39 Avenue Victor Hugo (Paris 16tharrondissement) … just a short hop around the Arc de Triomphe.

A few boxes, impromptu coffee breaks between client matters, plenty of logistics – and, above all, a real sense of excitement.

This move represents a new step in Vatier’s development. Our new offices will provide a refreshed working environment and allow us to continue welcoming our clients and partners in the best possible conditions.

The entire team is delighted to begin this new chapter.

A new address, but the same availability, commitment and high standards in supporting our clients’ projects and protecting their interests.
