After several internships with French and international law firms, including in Luxembourg, Marina Bessières joined Vatier as an associate.
Marina works in French and English in the field of digital and new technologies, with a particular focus on IT contracts and data protection.
She works with our commercial law team, notably for the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (commercial relations, distribution, e-commerce, etc.) and litigation matters.
Marina also assists the “Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions” team.
