« If you too are amazed at the development of new technologies in the health field but are worried that “1984” is increasingly becoming a reality, you are not alone ! ».

Mathieu GAUTIER has been working for the firm for several years, alongside Delphine JAAFAR. He is a lawyer in the Health & Pharmacy department.

Mathieu GAUTIER works daily on advisory and litigation matters relating to sanitary and medical-social organisation law, law pertaining to associations and healthcare institutions, healthcare professionals and digital health law.

Whether it be to create a healthcare cooperation group to coordinate telemedicine projects in a regional territory, to understand issues related to determining contracting authority within a regional hospital group or to draft contractual documentation for start-ups so that they can safely market their medical device prototypes, these are crucial steps that require specific legal expertise in the health sector. This is why Mathieu GAUTIER supports the development of all health and medico-social operators, public and private, in addition to advising them on the implementation of their projects and defending their rights before the administrative and judicial courts.

Mathieu GAUTIER has also developed solid in-depth expertise in the financing of healthcare activities and more particularly in the law pertaining to pricing of healthcare activities as well as in public procurement law and hospital public contracts.

Lastly, given his background as a publicist, Mathieu works with the Labour Law team, more particularly as regards staff status (civil service status, public law contract workers, issues arising from staff being seconded or made available).
